The next ALOC/Government of Ontario Educational Conference will be held in November 2018.  Continuing on an established tradition, the conference will serve as a unique forum for ALOC members to come together to discuss topics relevant to Crown Counsel, to learn from one another and to share best practice. It will feature an engaging mix of keynote speeches, panel discussions, formal presentations, interactive workshop sessions and networking opportunities.

The conference will also provide an excellent opportunity for our members to obtain their educational hours to meet the Law Society’s continuing professional development (CPD) requirement. ALOC is committed to offering accredited professionalism programs at the conference.

In accordance with the Collective Agreement, the Employer has agreed to make every effort to allow ALOC members (including articling students) to attend ALOC education and training programs. Please contact ALOC if you encounter problems in obtaining your manager’s approval to attend this year’s conference.

More information on the conference program and registration will be sent to our members as it becomes available.
